The Company wants to do a business in the Ancillary Objects not mentioned in the Main Objects.

No stamp duty is required to be paid in case of form-20B. However when you upload form 20B on MCA site you have to pay the ROC fee as per the challan generated during uploading process.

I m facing difficulty in understanding two E Forms- Form 20A , 20B and unable to understand the logic behind these forms Form 20 is for SLOP . Sec. 149 (2b) Compliance and 149 ( 2A and 2B) .
