Under IBC Honorable NCLT order one subsidiary company of a parent/Holding company became subsidiary company of another parent/ Holding company by way of equity transfer of subsidiary company from earlier Holding company to another Parent/ Holding company.This subsidiary company has a huge land bank.Is this order comes under conveyance under stamp act

A conveyance deed is a legal document between a transferor and a transferee, which proves that a title or ownership in the property has been transferred from one person to another. It also informs that the property is free from any restrictions and disputes. What is NCLT order you have not mentioned.
