Staff mediclaim deduction

we are Pvt Ltd company. we are making payment of Rs 15000 every year for our staff mediclaim from companies accounts. can we claim deduction for it while filling our companies return. our companies tax audit has completed and return also uploaded. now how can I get deduction for this . should I file revised return for it.
