St3-uploading error-solution need

While filling necessary fields in ST3 return of latest offline utility of ST3 (which is downloaded from aces.gov.in, I have noticed some error  in the “distributor” page , I have entered today date i.e., 12/04/2012, please see below snapshot of error occurred. I have tried several modifications in date (back date etc.,) it is taking back year i.e.,2011, How it is possible or correct?

Please give a solution for this?
