St return filing utility do not show full r/c for manpower

Dear Member,

In the ST return filing utility provided by the department for H1 of 2015-206, the full Reverse Charge for Manpower Supply amended w.e.f. 1st April 2015 is not corrected in the utility. The utility still showing 25% instead of 0%

Please suggest what to select while filing the return.

Select ‘No’ under partial reverse charge option.

Select ‘Yes’ under exemption Notification.

Select Notification No. 007/2015-S.T. and Sl. No. 1(ii)(B)(iii)

(Manpower services was brought under full reverse charge vide Notification No. 07/2015, dated 01.03.2015 and the aforesaid Sl. No. in the notification contains the relevant amendment.)

I FILED ST RETURN YESTERDAY AND THAT SHOWN FOLLOWING ERROR WHAT I HAVE TO DO ,,,MY CLIENT SERVICE TAX NUMBER BELONGING CONSTRCTION AND CIVIL STRUCTURE AND HE STILL NOT AMENDED THAT HE IS PROVIDNG MANPOWER..

PLEASE HELP

	Exemption Notification No.{ 007/2015-S.T. } and Serial No.{ 1(ii)(B)(ii) } is not applicable to the Service { Manpower recruitment/supply agency service } and/or for the return period.

Hello Sir. I have tried to file service tax return online for manpower recruitment service under RCM. i have selected A receiver under Reverse Charge u/s 68(2)- YES; Partial Reverse Charge- No;

Notification No. 007/2015;

But when i opted to select 1(ii)(B)(iii), it is showing 1(ii)(B)(iv). Serial No. 1(ii)(B)(iii) is not available, when we file online return.

Kindly reply what to do.
