We have a client in travel service field. he wants to open a new venture in same field . The Service Tax Registration for the first venture can use for both business???

I think yes. Only if the second venture comes under the reg. clause.........
As long as the status remians the same the same registration can be used. Ideally application for centralised registration maybe filed and once obtianed, new locations/ business in the same entity can be intimated to the revenue.
