St paid amount entered in st3

Dear Sir,

ST3 retuns is Half year is contain coloums Individuals is Aprto Jun and Jul to Sep 1st quarter payment date is Jul-5th and 2nd Quarter Due date is 5th Oct now my dought is

1st qtr st paid in jul20th and 2nd qtr st paid is 15th oct at this time we are entered in coloum no 4A is entered in jul to sep colum or where 

my dought is in coloum 4A is regarding paid in which month or paid for whcih month please tell.
