My question is what will be the rate of ST, if job is done prior to 24.02.09 and invoice raised on 28.02.09.
"For eg. Job is done on day to day basis it started on 05.02.09 and ended on 26.02.09, job is for the month of feb '02 & invoice raised on 28.02.09"
When in doubt, charge the higher rate. If the buyer is getting credit, it should always be done.
