ST-38 Inward & Outward forms are used for material transit in Haryana for goods having value of above Rs. 25000/-. The same has been came in use to curb the practice of evading tax.

Can You help Me ?
I want to know that Form ST-38 Inward is for movement of "Taxable Goods" or any goods weather it is "Tax Free Goods" ?
Form ST-38 to be used for above 25000/- value but Can some one clearify whether it is requiered for "Tax Free Goods" or "Taxable Goods" ?
