DEAR EXPETS,

WE HAVE SOME QURIES REGARDING ST-3 ONLINE FILING....

1ST WE HAVE REGISTERED FOR USER ID AND PASSWORD THROUGH THE WEB SITE ACES .GOV.IN AND GOT THE PASSWORD AND USER ID.

2ND WE HAVE REGISTERED THE ST-1 FORM THROUGH THE ABOVE PASSWORD AND USER ID IN THE SAME WEBSITE.

NOW WE ARE TRYING TO GET THE ST-3 FORM FROM THE FORUM RET GIVEN IN THE ACES WEBSITE IN SERVICE TAX FORM BUT THERE WAS NO ANY CHOOSING OPTIONS WHILE WE ARE CLICKING ON THE RET OPTION.

PLZ ADVISE ME THAT HOW TO FILE ST-3 RETURN..

The return can be downloaded and filled offline and uploaded in the site. However, the validity of the same is not guaranteed by the department, which upon scrutiny will intimate the status of such. Other option is to file online.

after filling ST-1, you have to send the hard copy iwth documents required to department, and get ST-2, after getting ST-2 your ACES login will get ST-2 enabled.

if you are registered assessee then communicate your email id to department, they will send link to your email id for generation of login and password
