Ssp ? problem converted my registration from intermediate to foundation

please help,
I registered for ssp as student on 11/4/2020. when I saw at my letter section it is showing to me that now iam a foundation student. well I already cleared my cpt on June 2016 and then I converted from IPCC old course to new on 15april2019 and applied for may 2020 both group.
