Form 103 is available in SSP Portal 

form 112 is requred to fill up while we fill the fom 102& 103 ?

Yes 102 and 103 Both are available in portal 

if you are join other course with CA than it is required to file 112 ( Permission from ICAI is required ) 

Form 103 is available on portal in Articleship Cycle Section. In case it is not available (as it was in my case of articleship transfer) you have to fill Form 102 available on SSP portal. Once the form 102 is filled Form 103 will be generated by itself on portal. Download and take print out of the same and make it completed wherever required. Then upload scanned copy of the same. (In case there is no option to upload the scanned copy upload the same form 103 which was generated earlier i.e., without print out and sign.) You will get registered within 7 days.

I have filled form 109 for termination within a year. I got a mail that the request has been accepted but in SSP its not updated till now also neither 103 or 102 is available to fill form my new articleship. I raised a ticket on ssp complaints but it was closed without any solutions or answer.

Is it mandatory to fill 109 form through ssp only beacause I have sent physical form but till now no communication was received. If u know anything please let me know...

I contacted the ICAI regarding this few days back and they told that physical forms have been completely stopped from May 2019 onwards. Every form is to be filled on SSP. So you might not receive any reply for your physical form. Now they have waived all condonation fees so you can now fill the form from SSP.
Also remember that form 109 may be approved on ssp within days but it will take time for it to get updated on ssp. Mine was updated after a month and had to mail them multiple times.

Form 9 Approved for RO and MSSO once its approved from both you will able to file form 102/103 is available for the same. still you have any problem or query you will tell i will help you. +91 94282 28267
