Srn of form 66- urgent

Hi friends,

My assessee has to file Form 66 compliance certificate. since i am unable to get the certificate from the co secretary as of now, can i file first 23 AC, ACA, 20 B and then file form 66??? or after filing form 66 oly i can file 23 AC, ACA, 20 B..????

In 23 AC, it asked SRN of form 66- i just have put Z99999999 as we put for Form 23 B SRN

Kindly tel me whether i can file 23AC, ACA, 20 B first and then file after a week Form 66..
