I wanna know whatif a company sponsor a TV show for a Channel wherein the tvc/news paper agency & channel is a same.
my query is - In above scenerio , what would be service tax liability under reverse charge for sponsorship services, if contract amount is 100?.
do we have to do two seperate contract or composite contratct?
1. for TV/news paper ad.
2. for sponsorship
It is better to have a separate invoice;
There would be reverse charge mechanism for the sponsorship services.
Sale of space for advertisement through newspaper is exempted vide Negative List Sec.66 of the Act, but television would be taxable.
