I passed CA Inter G-1 in Old syllabus (IPCC) but G-2 in New syllabus as UNIT-10 ( only 3 papers, not 4).

Could someone please clarify to me if I need to complete either of Set C & D also along with the mandatory Set A & B ( Bcoz I passed with only 7 papers but not 8 papers in Inter) ??

As per the ICAI guidelines, if you've passed Group 1 under the old syllabus and Group 2 under the new syllabus, you'll need to complete the remaining papers to meet the overall requirements. For Set A and B (mandatory), you've already passed 7 papers, which is great! However, to complete the intermediate level, you'll need to pass all 8 papers. You'll need to take the remaining paper from Set C or D to fulfill the requirement.
