A spiritual/religious organisation having 80G under I. T. Act wants to accept donations in foreign currency..
What are the other acts or rules it attracts in India like FEMA, Banking etc.? What other permissions are required? What procedures to be followed?

The said donations can't be accepted unless approval under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA)is obtained.
