Spice form in case of subscibers are nri

Dear All,

I want to incorporate a new company in which there are 3 Directors & 2 Subscribers. In case of 2 Subscribers both are NRI

As per the rule where subscribers as NRI  a physical copy of Appostilled MOA & AOA needs to be attached in spice form which i did

Now when i am uploading form i ham getting the error as link spice form 32 along with 33/34

what has to be done in this case. pls guide. its a bit urgent
