I want to incorporate a new company in which there are 3 Directors & 2 Subscribers. In case of 2 Subscribers both are NRI
As per the rule where subscribers as NRI a physical copy of Appostilled MOA & AOA needs to be attached in spice form which i did
Now when i am uploading form i ham getting the error as link spice form 32 along with 33/34
what has to be done in this case. pls guide. its a bit urgent

I have attached MOA & AOA in "OTHER ATTACHMENT" option. There is no PArticular option to Attach MOA & AOA.
I have also not selected in LINKED FORM. I had uploaded in Normal FOrm only

Appostilled MOA & AOA requires only for foreign national residing outside India. In your case they are Non resident Indians right?
Please refer Cos. Incorporation rule 13 (5).
