Spice 32 - company incorporation

Dear experts,

I would like to incorporate an NBFC. Is it enough to just file SPICe 32 form. the subscribers are Indian individuals. So is it enough to attach the eMOA(33) and eAOA(34) with the SPICe 32 form. Is there any other forms to be filed?

Please help

sir , I have a problem while affixing digital signature in form INC 32. its a Java error or Acrobat reader settings error. kindly , Help me to fix my issue.

surely that adobe error.use adobe new version.Still if u face same problem, send mail to me reddypraveenkumar5 @ gmail.com

I have installed Java updated 8 version 92 as informed by MCA Portal Helpline. Still I'm facing the same problem. Which Version of PDF Reader shall I download ? Adobe Reader or Acrobat Reader

Sir, that is not at all related to Java. Use Adobe 11 or above version to attach DSC.
