Speculative business loss

One of my client has loss from intra day share trading. I have filed it as speculative business loss. Now the assessee has received notice u/s 139(9) with error code 14 - "The tax payer has entered negative amount in gross profit or net profit in Sl. No. 51b and 51d of Part-B of Profit and Loss A/c".

Kindly guide how to show this speculative loss in ITR.
