One of my client has loss from intra day share trading. I have filed it as speculative business loss. Now the assessee has received notice u/s 139(9) with error code 14 - "The tax payer has entered negative amount in gross profit or net profit in Sl. No. 51b and 51d of Part-B of Profit and Loss A/c".
Kindly guide how to show this speculative loss in ITR.
You Have Filed ITR Without Books of Accounts in case of Speculation Loss So Kindly File Whole Balance Sheet And Profit And Loss Account in ITR
And Please This Time While Income Tax Return Filed Against Section 139(9) And not 139(1)
