To increase authorised capital of private limited company which resolution required.wthere Form 23 is to be filed or not

first of check the articles, what it says, if as per article need to pass Special Resolution (SR) then Pass SR and File form-23 otherwise Ordinary Resolution will serve the purpose and no need to file form-23 only form-5
Ya articles are need to be checked but in case if articles are also to be amended it definetely requires a Special Resolution and form 23 within 30 days.
Otherwise in case of increase in Authorised Capital udner Seciton 94 only Ordinary Resolution is required and form 5 is to be filed within 30 days.
