Special Resolution

Meeting - general meeting is basically meeting of shareholders and further it is classified as AGM and EGM
Annual general meeting as name suggests it is held in each yr within 6months from closing of financial year
and extraordinary general meeting is held to discuss urgent matters or can be said as between two agm or which is not agm is egm

Ordenery resolution can you be passed for normal matters but special resolution will be passed for some important aspect for the company like change of auditor, change in MOA, change in AOA conditions, etc.
