Special composition scheme notification 2/2019
Plz guide me that can regular registered person convert to special composition scheme under notification 2/2019

if he is a service provider within threshold limit of Rs 50 Lakhs and fulfills other conditions of scheme. A regular tax payer can only opt for composition scheme after the end of financial year.
