No ... there is no latest amendment as such , but as per Notification 10/2019 CT date 7/3/2019 Threshold Limit Exemption for Registration is :
For Goods is 40 lac & For Services is 20 Lac
For special state it's 20 lac for goods & 10 lac for Service provider & Special category states for the purpose of Section 22 are: 1. Manipur 2. Mizoram, 3. Nagaland, 4.Tripura.
