dear sir,

i am. planning to by flat. and i am trying to source 25 lakha loan amount from icici, hdfc etc.

Hdfc rate of interest of 11 % pa for 20 years loan tenure is lowest as on date.

i want suggestion on following issue:

can i get home loan below 11 % interest ?

is it floating or fixed interest rate is better option.?

u got the lowest rate. cause all the others have high interest rate. at present u must go for floating and after 3-5 years just review the interest rate of floating and fixed at that time it will be good decission to switch over. as the inflation is coming down hence i think the interest rate will also come down.
