Dear sir/students ,
I would like to share the Solution to restricted use of email ID for 4 times only on I T E-filing Website and all Intimation from various account grouped in common mail.
New User ID create problem solved by use PAN as User Name:-, the best solution is use PAN NUMBER as username, always it's unique so don't worry about the existence of user name and easy to remember also.
Forward All PAN User ID Mail to Common Mail ID for Intimation and other correspondence:- and another big problem is need to look the intimation is very necessary but login to each email and check for intimation is huge task and waste of our precious time, to avoid this problem, we have to set a "forward email" option in All PAN email id to the common mail id we already used. So we easily get the notification at our common email from all the PAN user id email.
here is the way to forward mail to another mail:-
Automatically forward PAN USER ID emails to Common email id account:-
You can have your emails automatically forwarded to another address. You can forward all of your new messages, or just specific kinds of messages.
To forward emails from another email provider to Gmail, you’ll have to change your settings in the other account, not in Gmail. Visit your other email provider’s help center to find out if automatic forwarding is available and how to set it up.
Forward all new emails
- Open the Gmail account that you want to forward from.
- Click the gear in the top right.
- Select Settings.
- Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
- Click Add a forwarding address in the “Forwarding” section.
- Enter the common email address in all PAN USER ID email to forward to.
- For your security, PAN USER ID email will send a verification email to common email address. Open your common email account and find the confirmation message from the PAN USRE ID email. If you’re having trouble finding it, check your Spam folder.
- Click the verification link in that email.
- Back in your Gmail account, reload the page in your web browser - look for the reload icon
.
- On the same Forwarding and POP/IMAP page in Settings, check that Forward a copy of incoming mail is selected and your email address is in the drop-down menu.
- In the second drop-down menu, choose what you want Gmail to do with your messages after they’re forwarded, such as keep Gmail’s copy in the Inbox (recommended) or archive Gmail’s copy.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
i hope this may work.
