Abhay downloaded secret data from the computer network of a foreign company engaged in the manufacture of aircrafts. he was procecuted and fined Rs. 1 lakh by the adjudicating officer under section 43 of the IT ACT,2000. Is there any remedy available to Abhay? (can anyone give detailed answer....)

Sec 57 of Info-tec act provies for appeal to Cyb Appellate Tribunal against the order of adjudicating officer within 45 days from order of adj-officer. Tribunal can extent the time limit on showing sufficient cause.
Civil court does not have jurisdiction under this act.
