Sole proprietorship registration

Hi

I need to register my "sole proprietorship". I consulted a CA. Got to know that only a Current Account needs to be set-up. Any bank is not ready to set-up this account as it needs some firm's registration proof.

So I'm kind of struck here. Pls help. How to approach this?

I deal in online freelancing software business, operated from home.

Thanks,

Sumit

Dear Sumit,

Please note

Kindly register with VAT - in the company name

company name may be  XYZ should mentioned proprietor

this itself sufficient to open Current A/c with Bank.

To open a current account with a bank you can get a certificate from a chartered accountant. This accepted for sole proprietory concerns.
