Software Company - Finance Manager

In my opinion ........No need for extra learning jee..!!!!!!!!!!!

As you had got an interview call for the post of finance manager in a software company ....they choose you after seeing your Qualification jee....!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just be practicle and simple in interview.

Some Common questions are:

1. “Detail a time where you had to work across business units to come up with an innovative solution to a complex problem.

2. “How do I see my self in 5 years?”

3. “Why are you looking for a new job?”

4. “Tell me about a time that you had to step in to a project or situation. Why? What was the outcome?”
