Can any body help me out with due dates for all forms to submit STPI.

Due date for submit SOFTEX is with in 10 days from the raising bill or by 10th of the following month.
What is the time limit of submitting SOFTEX forms to STPI & if we are not submitting SOFTEX forms within the specified limit than what are the penalties or any other way to file SOFTEX forms.
