how to change the capital letters to small letters & vice versa using EXCEL FUNCTIONS
please tell me its urgent.

In MS Excel you can use =LOWER(Cell Reference) for capital to small letter. Let me know it is helpful for you or not.

Yes Dear, For small to cap you can use "UPPER" function.
