In a small company whether it is require to make Disclosure of Interest by the Directors and should it be disclosed in F- MBP1 in its 1st BM in a FY.

Yes.
Disclosure of interest by Director -Section 184 of Companies Act, 2013 is applicable to all companies including small companies.

As per Co Act, 2013, small companies is required to call only 2 BM during a calender year and the maximum gap between 2 board meeting should not exceed 90 days.But the calender year is not defined in the Co Act, 2013. So if I call a 1st BM on 2/9/14 for approval of accounts can I pass a resolution for Disclosure of Interest of directors in that same BM. What can be the consequences?
