Site to site materials transfer in tally

 sir/Madam,

                  i have one doubt  that is   constructions time more sites are handling, this time material purchase egs:(cement) this items purchase for one site egs(tvm site )  (cement purchase 100bags ) used in site 75 bags balance 25 bags transfred to (ekm  site ) this time how can transfer this balance cemnt tvm to ekm whith out site expense ony used cement amount affected apt site
