Can a company with single gst registration add the stocks of sister concern in tally just to see the availability of stock..?

Open both company tally... Go to stock summary of one company and then add column, select other company and period.

No you can't do that. You have to separately maintain stock of both the firms.
It is exactly .. Inter company stock transfer is possible.
How can I stock transfer from Company A to Company B?↓
Company A (old partnership canteen service company)
Company B(new partnership canteen service company,[same partner])
