Sir, I have submitted the return for the AY 2015-2016 after due date.File is process & Tds has been refund. Now i want to rectified the amount cash in hand and agricultural income,here i want to know whether TDS details again have to be give in TDS coloumn or not.As TDS amount has been refunded .

For Ass Yr 2015-16, the date of revision is over, ie. 31.03.2017. (Even belated return cannot be revised)

You cannot rectify the return as per the changes suggested as rectification u/s. 154 is allowed only for mistakes apparent from records.

Yes you can revise your return once you receive intimation u/s 143

Sir,

If mistakenly forget to show the amount in EI for the AY yr 2015-2016 and AY yr 2016-2017.which is filed after due date.Iss there any way to rectified the amount an can be shown in ITR.Bcoz EI is not shown Total Income will be less.

You can rectify your return for AY 2016-17 filed even after due date.

Practically, not advisable to alter any of these ITRs, as any rectification request, specifically income addition by cash is transferred to ITO, who with suscpision may open the file for scrutiny. As it is exempted income, you may declare it as and when query raised.
