Whether Statutory Registers maintained by the Company are required to be signed by a Director?
And if yes, then how and when to get them signed e.g. whether every page has to be signed?

Hello,
As per my understanding Statutory Registers maintained by the Company are not required to be signed by a Director.
Find below Mandatory Statutory Registers under Companies Act, 1956 and go through the section.

Yes, agree with Mr. Ankur Garg. But it is a good practice to obtain signature of the Director / Secretary.
