Significant benificial owner

Dear all,

This has reference to the recent rules pertaining to the Signaiifcant Benificial Owner . We are Pvt. Ltd. Co. 100%  subsidiary of the Japanese Company which is listed Co. on tokyo Stock Exchange. No individual holds more than 4% in the said Listed japanese Co. , One Co.  say X  holds around 45% of the shares in our parent Company but the X companies shareholding details does not appear anywhere. We know that parent's co. chairman has floated our papernt Company and he must be the mejor shareholder of the X company and thereby stands as ultimate benificial owner of the Co.

but before asking for the dteials I just wanted to confirm wherher Significant Benificial Owner rules does apply to us? Do we need to mention the details of the ultimate holder of the Company.

Significant beneficial owner means beneficial owner holding ultimate beneficial interest not less than 10% and whose name not entered in the register of members of a Company.
