Signature on exam form by a ca other than the principal

sign is must by principle in case articleship not completed

I have been told my CA friends that you can get your forms signed by any other CA...

How shall i get this confirmed???????????

SIGN BY PRINCIPLE IS MUST BECAUSE HE WILL CERTIFY THAT YOUR TRAINING IS UNDERGOING .
