sign on financial statement
one of the private company is having two director husband and wife having equal shareholding in the company can financial statement signed by one of the director digitally I. e husband in this case or both need to sign ? if yes then already digitally signed by one of them and uploaded so do I need to reprint the financial statements and signed both the director manually or what else please suggest

Financial Statements alongwith auditor report needs to be signed by both the Directors of the Company physically.

revised form can be filed when errors are made in filing the original form within prescribed time
