should icai provide remedy to CA students who wanna get transfer but their CA is not giving them and threatening them of dire consequences

It may empower Students to come out with their problems.
make a complaint abt him to ICAI & to the local police station. "Threat of dire consequences" shud be dealt with accordingly...
