Should Our New President (to assume Office on 5th Feb.2010) make provision for One free trasfer for all students on Voluntary basis?

Yeah One time transfer should be allowed
yes sure, i agree wd u ... it shud be allowed & i wud be pleased to be amongst the persons wishing to hv the same...
Ofcoarse, it should be allowed...
Rather, i prefer to make it compulsary, to have one transfer in 3.5 years of ur articleship...
So that, not only a chartered accountant himself, but also the trainee should experience some change and learn something different than previous office.
i think even god forgives a mistake of mankind one transfer should be allowed because anyone can make mistakes after all students or articles are also human
