In previous years, when i had gone and submitted my return, the IT refused to accept that by saying that only forms will be accepted from the persons, whose gross salary exceeds 500000/-. But , when i clarify the same for this year 2013-14, i was told that I Should file the IT return in paper, if my total income exceeds the taxable amount. The clarifications in the income tax circulars are not clear on this. Please kindly advise , even if the amount of tax, if he pays, say 10 to 200Rs as tax, one should file the tax returns.
The circulars are not clear in the sense, that only the person who write those circular may know the real contents, totally vague and ambigious. Please clarify on this , gurus
