Should i register for service tax?

Hi Experts,

Need little help.

I am freelacers (Blogging) and all my income is under the negative list of serive tax (Selling ad spaces on website). My turnover is mroe than 10L. My question is that should I register for Service tax and then file Nil return file or I have to do nothing with it?

My local CA is saying I dont have to apply for ST at all since my all income is under negative list.

Please help.
