hello..
mujhe last financial year me 176days hue h out of india as per my passport stamping. This is less than 182days. Do i have to pay income tax. Bas 6 din kam hone ki wajah se hi tax pay krna padega kya. Please answer

Yes you need to file return if your income Exceed the basic exemption limit.
if your income is less then Basic exemption limit no need to file

Meri income limit se jyada h. par kya 6 din kam hone ki wajah se mujhe NRI ka benefit nahi milega.?

Even if you were in India for exactly 182 days, then you are resident and you are required to file ITR

The point is whether u satisfy the basic conditions of resident Indian.
Are u in India for 182 days
if not the second condition.
if you are non resident indian then there are some relaxation.

I was in india 188days in last financial year. so i am not a nri. so 6 din kam hone ki wajah se mujhe 4lac tax pay krna padega. is there any relaxtation for me.

Refer sec 6(1).
condition of residency.
1. 182 days or more in the relevant previous year.
2.having within the 4 years preceding that for a period of 365 days .
