I completed my CA in Nov, 13. I was hired by one of the leading banks forex operations. I didn't knew much about the profile so I accepted it. But now I am not liking my job. Its completely back office job. I want to be a forex dealer or into Research Job. Should I continue with my back office job? Will it help me in future to get good Fron Office/ Research Job. I am also doing CFA (Level 2).

If you feel that the current job is not going to help you in future, then why do you want to waste your productive time into such a venture, instead do things which can keep you passionate.
