Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am currently in final level of CA course and already finished my graduation(B com) from IGNOU . Now, I am planning to pursue a master degree course and my two preferable choices are M com or MA in Economics from IGNOU.

I have interest in stock markets and in fututre I am planning to join in any stock Broking company as analyst role. Please, suggest me what course will be more viable for me for better exposure on my area of interest.

Thanks in advance.

See the course syllabus and subjects. In analyst job you require understanding of market and knowledge of statistics. Though there are Stats courses in university, these things you can learn on job because theory is different from practical. You should ask someone who works there or any recruiter in this regard

Dear koushik, if u have an eye on managerial positions then do MBA with specialization in capital markets. U will cover both economics and commerce at advance level
M.A. in Economics is better than M.Com. But MBA is better than both.
Further if you want to become an expert stock analyst, doing CFA is suggested.
