I have a pvt ltd company. Our auditor was appointed from a different nearby city 4 years ago. I've found cheaper, more reliable ca locally. Should I ask my current auditor to resign so that we can appoint local ca. local ca charges 6000/- for audit report, current ca charges 35000/-
My current auditor said that mca can query why auditor resigned before his term expires next year. Is it safer to just wait out 1 more year for current auditor's term to expire? Can current auditor cause any trouble for me/ my company?
