Shorter notice as per companies act 2013

Dear Sir(s),

I want to hold the extra ordinary general meeting with shorter notice as per Companies Act 2013. Is there any form (like 22A as per co's act,1956) ? How many days shorter notice is allowed?...Can send the notice by email?..

Ref.Proviso to Sec.101.  No form is prescribed.  Communication via e-mail is permitted as per CA 2013 read with Rule 18 of Companies (Management & Administraation) Rules 2014.
