Short term capital gain from shares

Sir, I have a query about capital gain from shares. for AY 18-19  there is a short term capital gain of rs 40.000  from some shares and short term capital loss of Rs 10,000 from some shares. so net short term gain of Rs 30000. While showing this in ITR 2 should I show both gain and loss figures or only net gain of 30,000? without carrying  forward the loss of 10,000, How to show this in ITR2. Should I mention this fig of Rs 30,000 in row of "Full value of consideration" of CG schedule of ITR2

Please advice.

You have to show net gain of rs. 30000 while filing itr

Thank you Deepika

That is I should write this fig. of 30,000 in column of Full Value of consideration. Is it correct?

No the total amount of sale consideration of all shares to be filled in full value consideration column and total cost of acquisition to be filled in cost of acquisition and utility automatically reduces it and show the net effect
Thank you very much Deepika for prompt response
