Short term capital gain & losses on shares

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

My one client has short term capital gain & losses on shares for F.Y. 2019-20.

His net position is short term capital loss of Rs. 350000

His sale value of such investments is approx. 6.5 crore because each day he does trading of 3-4 lacs.

Whether there is any risk of scrutiny to show such big figures in his return , where net loss is only Rs.3.5 lac.

Please guide.
