1.One officer in ICAI decentralised branch told one of my friends that one of the major reason for banning transfer was the economic non-feasibility of processing articleship transfer ie form 109.
Usually most of the forms sent to ICai are regarding transfer.Had it been other forms ie registration for pcc/ipcc/final/itt etc;it would be WORTH PROCESSING AS that meant MONEY in form of DRAFTS/cheques/cash etc. ICAI has to pay for replying the forms as well BY POSTS. In case for replying for transfer forms; they will have spent something while they have earnt nothing. aamdani atthani,kharcha rupaiya hogaya na.

2.he also said that yeh dummy mummy kuch nahi hai;sab members ki mutthi ki baat hain.if some influential member wants;he can easily have the transfer registered.
3.Even the CAs who are deputed in the icai branches don't answer about the transfer queries or others.they haughtily reply,"its on net;go and see there".they don't even give clarifications if we have the printout of the rules and ask from there.
